The outdated facilities. Cleanliness needs a serious boost, especially in the bathrooms!!! Better attention to maintenance would enhance the overall experience!!!

The room was good and the price was alright.

I don't like the elevator that had a too strong perfume smell. The pool is supposed to be 18+ only after 10pm and that's not the case, we even reminded the guy and he didn't go in there.

Air conditioning was inadequate. The beds were particularly hard for my liking, although the breakfast options were satisfactory and the staff friendly when I needed assistance.

The staff was friendly even when we arrived at midnight. The rooms were immaculate as well as the pool and breakfast area.

It was a little difficult finding the entrance to the parking lot. The walls are very thin. We could hear people knocking on other doors and walking up and down the stairs.

Comfy, clean, and quiet--just what we needed on a cross country journey.

location near to multiple chain restaurants, stores and close proximity to the interstate for easy access and good and stores. had fairly quiet and immaculate room and a really comfortable stay on a road trip. the staff were super-friendly and helped us with private parking.

Family with kids should consider it

I was impressed with the small child spilling cereal, and the staff handled it like pros. A nice lady cleaned it up with a smile, really stands out to me.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but it was still acceptable for what I got.

Good service, parking on site. Breakfast with bacon, a waffle maker, hot oatmeal. Marvellous location, 18 minutes drive from the airport.

Good hotel with great wi-fi, a 24-hour reception, and an indoor swimming pool. I remember how staff helped me find my lost car keys on my first stay. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable experience, and I'm coming back for a holiday.

The staff was very cute, and the room we had was cozy, with a microwave and fridge, perfect for our toddler's snacks. We also appreciated the nearby area shuttle for exploring local attractions without any hassle.

My kids wished the pool area had more shade for hot days.

The room was equipped with a microwave and refrigerator. The soundproofing was excellent. I didn't hear any noise from neighboring rooms. The bedding was comfortable, ensuring a good night's rest.

The bathroom cleanliness could be improved.
